I created a multimedia presentation to form part of a road show taken around Transit’s national and regional offices to promote and inform staff of the features and benefits of a new documentation management system and enterprise portal.
I created a series of Kiwi road side characters and brought them to life in an animated presentation. Its purpose was to guide staff through what the technology roll-out would mean to them. Hedgy the hedgehog and friends were a real hit with staff and gave positive life to a subject often received with reluctance.
Hedgy also appeared on the Transit website and again at the official launch as part of a staff competition.
All content within the presentation was fully dynamic. The presenter could easily and quickly update text whilst on location by editing a common text file. The presenter would have full control over the presentation with the help of an animated menu, user-friendly navigation and volume control. Makes an intense afternoon of training a bit more exciting wouldn’t you say?
