Fern New Zealand required a series of brochure sized websites that would promote its various business units and information solutions, all under one single corporate umbrella. Their current website did not reflect their brand well and the organisation of information was in need of a review.
I took on the challenge and through vigorous strategic and design planning I helped pave the road for a series of user-centric independently branded websites.
With the business growing rapidly the infrastructure and design required a great deal of flexibility, as well as being able to migrate easily into their existing content management system. Over the years the visual identity had become rather complex and confusing so reviewing, refining and strengthening the brand was a primary objective also.
